What are the five agents?
Five specialists behind one Prism window. The Planner checks whether a delivery date holds and what stands in its way. The Stores Analyst watches expiry, retest dates and how each vendor’s lots behave. The Compliance Checker reads events against your ruleset and explains a drop in readiness. The Deviation Analyst opens a deviation with similar events, lots and past CAPAs. The Release Reviewer sorts the release queue so QA reviews by exception. New agents join the same window.
How do we know an answer is right?
Every claim in an answer cites the records it came from. Open a citation to see the value, who recorded it and when; if no record supports a claim, Prism does not make it. Findings are a well-sourced draft, checked against the source records and your quality procedures before anyone acts on them.
Will an agent make or sign a decision?
No. Agents draft findings and next steps with links to the source records. They cannot sign, release, approve or close anything, and the Compliance Engine still enforces every required approval, so each regulated decision is made and signed by an authorised person.
What can an agent see?
Exactly what the person asking can open, with the same role-based permissions as the rest of Factro, and only within your organisation’s records. Questions unrelated to your plant’s work are declined.
Which model runs Prism AI, and where?
Factro’s own proprietary model, built for manufacturing and quality work and running in Factro’s private cloud, next to your data. It knows a GRN from an AR number and an OOS from a deviation. No prompt or record leaves your tenant, and your data is never used to train it.
Do we need to write prompts or train Prism on our plant?
No. Factro’s data model stores every field with its definition, unit, specification and links to other records, so an agent knows what a value means without being told. Open Prism from any page and it starts from the record you are looking at.
