PillarsPrism AI

• Prism AI

One interface.
Five agents.

Prism AI is built into Factro. Ask from any page, and the right agent answers from your own records, shows the sources behind what it finds, and hands the decision back to a person. Five agents today, with more to come.

Inside ERP, MES and QMS. Private to your tenant.

Five agents, one window

One for every part of the plant.
More to come.

Each agent works where its records live, from the office to the delivery bay, and all of them read the same record.

Five agents · one window

Know what is at risk before you promise.

The Planner reads sales orders, plans, stock, purchase orders and machine windows together. Ask whether a date holds, and it tells you what stands in the way and the earliest date that does.

  • Flags an order whose materials, capacity or release dates will not hold.
  • Forecasts a shortage from open orders, stock and lead times, before it forms.
  • Links every flag to the records behind it, so planners check instead of guess.

Planner

Know what is at risk before you promise.

The Planner reads sales orders, plans, stock, purchase orders and machine windows together. Ask whether a date holds, and it tells you what stands in the way and the earliest date that does.

  • Forecasts a shortage from open orders, stock and lead times, before it forms.
  • Links every flag to the records behind it, so planners check instead of guess.

Stores Analyst

Spot the lot that will cause trouble.

The Stores Analyst watches every lot in every warehouse: expiry, retest dates, quarantine time and how each vendor’s lots behave. It flags the lot that will cause trouble before a batch needs it.

  • Watches expiry, retest dates and quarantine time across every warehouse.
  • Joins a supplier's late and failed lots into one pattern for requalification.
  • Surfaces slow changes in room conditions before they breach a limit.

Compliance Checker

Catch a gap while the batch is still open.

The Compliance Checker reads events against your ruleset as they happen. When readiness drops, it rebuilds what changed and in what order, and links each step to its record.

  • Watches every event against your configured rules and flags drift while the batch is still open.
  • Explains a drop in readiness with the equipment, batches and actions behind it.
  • Compares each batch with past runs of the same product and flags drift early.

Deviation Analyst

Investigate with the history already read.

The Deviation Analyst opens a deviation with everything around it: similar events, the lots and batches involved, and the corrective actions already tried. It tests the earlier fix against the new evidence.

  • Opens a deviation with similar events, batches and CAPAs already linked.
  • Traces a failed result to the instrument, lot or method it shares with others.
  • Checks whether a CAPA really stopped the problem from coming back.

Release Reviewer

Release on facts. A person still signs.

The Release Reviewer reads each batch’s evidence first and sorts the queue, so QA looks at the exceptions instead of every page. The release decision and the signature stay with QA.

  • Reads the batch evidence first and shows QA only the exceptions.
  • Answers a recall question in plain language, with the full trace attached.
  • Never approves, releases or edits a record. Every decision keeps its signature.

Foundations

What the agents stand on.Built in, not bolted on.

01 · Built AI first

The record carries its own meaning.

Every field in Factro’s data model comes with its definition: what it measures, the unit, the specification it is held to and the records it links to. An agent reads a value and knows what it means, without anyone writing a prompt to explain the plant.

  • Definitions, units and limits live in the schema
  • Links between records are part of the model
  • The same meaning in ERP, MES and QMS

02 · Retrieval, vectors and graphs

Not fancy. Just how it should work.

Prism finds records two ways. The graph follows real links: lot to receipt to batch to deviation to CAPA. Vector search finds what reads alike: the deviation from March that looks like today’s. Both feed the agent before it says a word.

  • Graph walks the links between records
  • Vector search finds similar events
  • Retrieval first, then the answer

03 · A fine-tuned model of our own

It speaks your plant’s language.

The agents run on Factro’s own model, fine-tuned for manufacturing and quality work. It knows a GRN from an AR number and an OOS from a deviation, and it runs in Factro’s private cloud, next to your data.

  • Fine-tuned for manufacturing and quality
  • Hosted in Factro’s private cloud
  • No public AI service in the loop

04 · Explainable AI

Every sentence points to its record.

An answer is built from claims, and each claim cites the records it came from. Open any citation to see the value, who recorded it and when. If a claim has no record behind it, Prism does not make it.

  • Citations on every claim
  • The reasoning shown step by step
  • No record, no claim

How it works

One question,
from the page to your signature.

Every answer takes the same four steps. The agent reads before it speaks, and nothing changes until a person acts.

  1. Step 1

    You ask, from any page

Prism opens on the record you are looking at, so the question starts with its context.

  2. Step 2

    It checks who is asking

The question runs with your role and your tenant. The agent can open only what you can.

  3. Step 3

    The agent reads first

The Planner walks the graph from the order to its plan, stock and purchase orders, and finds similar past delays.

  4. Step 4

You get an answer to check

A verdict with its sources and draft next steps. Nothing changes until a person acts and signs.

Private by design

Scoped to your plant.
Nothing leaves your tenant.

Prism runs on private models inside your tenant, and sees only what your role allows.

Role-based access

An agent reads only what your role can open, with the same permissions as the rest of Factro.

Stays in your tenant

Questions, records and answers stay inside your tenant. Nothing is sent to an outside AI service.

Scoped to your organisation

Agents answer about your plant, your records and your work. Lunch recipes are politely declined.

Decisions stay with people

Agents do not sign, release or close anything. Every regulated step still needs a person.

Talk to our team

What are the agents?

Five specialists behind one Prism window: the Planner checks what you can promise, the Stores Analyst watches lots and dates, the Compliance Checker finds gaps against your ruleset, the Deviation Analyst reads a deviation with everything around it, and the Release Reviewer shows QA the exceptions before release. More agents are on the way, in the same window.

Will the agents make decisions?

No. Agents draft findings with links to the source records. They do not sign, release or close anything. Regulated decisions stay with people, and the Compliance Engine still enforces every required approval.

What can an agent see?

Only what your role can open, with the same permissions as the rest of Factro. Questions outside your organisation’s work are politely declined.

What is live today?

The compliance score with guidance on each gap, deviations shown with their history and trends, and structured, AI-ready records across ERP, MES and QMS. The agents are in development, behind one Prism window.
