01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Factro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using Factro on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf, and "you" refers to that organization.

02Description of Service

Factro is a software platform for production, quality, inventory, and related manufacturing operations. Features, modules, and availability may vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.

03Account Registration & Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that happens under your organization's account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

04Subscription, Fees & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as described at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Factro to store or process data you don't have the right to process
• Attempt to breach, disable, or circumvent security or access controls
• Reverse engineer or resell access to the platform without authorization
• Use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or regulation

06Intellectual Property

Factro and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Wireone Labs. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as intended.

07Data Ownership & Customer Content

You own the production, quality, and business data you put into Factro. We process it only to provide and support the service, and in line with our Privacy Policy.

08Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it except as needed to perform under these Terms.

09Warranties & Disclaimers

Factro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wireone Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Factro. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement for Factro as described in your order form, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and doesn't cure the breach within a reasonable period.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your order form, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated to active customers.
